FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
CORE ONE CREATIVE,
INC ANNOUNCES FENDER AS USA DISTRIBUTOR
LOS ANGELES,
CA-- Core One Creative, Inc., located in Los Angeles, CA has made the
announcement that Fender will be distributing the Këpur Strap products
in the United States to Authorized Fender Dealers. Fender will showcase
Këpur Straps in their distribution booth at the Summer 2004 NAMM
convention, in Nashville, Tennessee.
Fender chose Këpur Straps as part of the expansion of their distribution
services which began this year.
"When Fender was selecting products to carry in our Wholesale Accessories
Catalog, we looked for brands that were pushing the boundaries of their
respective product types."
Jeremy Brieski, Product Manager of Fender Accessories went on to say,
"Këpur Straps are totally different than everything else out
there. From the look and construction methods to the materials that are
used, Këpur is truly a unique product."
The progressive straps are currently one of the most successful lines
in the catalog. Authorized dealers are responding positively with increasing
sales.
The current product line up includes many of the 1.Zero Symbol Straps,
the DG.Zero, the Zero.Pro and the 1.Zero:Hemp Strap.
Këpur Straps, known for their smooth black Biothane material, which
makes them almost indestructible, were introduced to the music community
in 2002 as the 1.Zero Strap. The Biothane stitch-less material will not
break, stretch, or absorb odors.
There are currently 19 models, most with innovative features that are
new to the market. For instance, the Zero.Pro has the first patented feature
that uses Velcro to secure wireless unit as an attachment. The 1.Zero:Hemp
Strap is a 100% Vegan strap with special Këpur end pieces that make
strap locks un-necessary. This strap actually prompted the PETA organization
to feature Këpur in their product catalog of animal friendly products.
Guitar and bass
players, such as Eric Avery (former Jane's Addiction bassist, currently
traveling with Alanis Morissette), Mick Thompson from Slipknot, members
of P.O.D, Dan Donegan of Disturbed, and musicians represented by head-banger
label Century Media, are currently using the Këpur Straps.
The Këpur Straps are currently sold in Sam Ash Stores, online through
Musician's Friend, by special order at Guitar Center and internationally
through distribution channels such as Fernandes Japan and Musik Productiv
(Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
Dealers, new or existing, can contact Fender @ 1-800-488-1818 ext. 5 (Accessories)
for more information.
